He confessed his sin and need for Jesus

As the revolution continues in Iran many Iranians continue to leave the country seeking freedom. There has been a steady flow of new Iranians arriving in Ireland and some of them come to the Iranian Gospel Church. The numbers attending our Sunday service have increased in recent months.

We are encouraged and blessed by the sense of belonging and unity among the Iranians. Last week we had one of the greatest encouragements in ministry.

One of the gentleman* who arrived in Ireland five months ago has been attending the Iranian gospel church every week. He had many questions for me, I helped him answer these questions through the Bible. Recently one Sunday after the service he came back to me letting me know that he had believed Jesus, and wanted to give his life to the Lord Jesus and be saved.

We sat together and he confessed his sin and need of Jesus. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. We prayed together and he has started his journey with the Lord. What a privilege and blessing to see the Lord Jesus at work in peoples hearts and lives. Please pray for this gentleman that he will grow in his faith and more opportunities for us to minister to Iranians.
