Continuing in Prayer
Thank you for continuing to stand with us in prayer.
Please continue to pray for God’s protection and peace over our families, and for all who are anxious for loved ones in Iran. The phone lines to Iran have unfortunately been cut off, and we have not heard from our families for some time. This has caused understandable stress and anxiety among many members of our church. Please pray that God will grant us strength, clarity, and steadiness as we carry both personal concern and pastoral responsibility.
Please also pray for courage and hope for believers in Iran and for our wider community, that we may remain rooted in Christ’s presence and not be overcome by fear.
Amidst these concerns, we are grateful to see that God continues to work in the hearts of Iranians. Over the past 3 months, two people have given their hearts to the Lord Jesus and accepted Him as their Lord and Savior. Please pray that they will grow deeply in their faith and in their knowledge of Christ.
Due to building renovations at Irish Church Missions, beginning in April we will need to change both the place and the time of our church service. The service will move from the morning to the afternoon. Please pray that this change will not affect the participation of Iranians attending the church.
Finally, please pray for Alireza and his family. Beginning in May, Alireza will start serving full-time with the Iranian church. We ask for your prayers for wisdom, strength, and God’s provision during this new season of ministry. Please also pray that we will be able to raise the necessary financial support to sustain his ministry.
Thank you for your continued prayers and support. We are grateful to serve together in the Lord’s work among Iranians in Ireland.
