Apart from starting new churches, strengthening and supporting established ones is just what we do!
One of the best means of assessing the health and potential for any church or ministry is to invite outside eyes to take a look at what we simply assume to be normal ministry rhythms in our churches.
This requires a certain reliance on the doctrine of grace. We are not saved by our minsitries. If our identity is too closely wrapped up in their success or failure, we may find ourselves personally and relationally in a very dangerous place. In ICM we acknowledge the pitfalls of being passionate and want to say loudly that if you were to engage in a consultation process with us, we can bring a certain level of experience, but will not adopt a posture of superiority in any assessment.
This is for the cause of the gospel in our own lives, ministry and ultimately for the salvation of those in our churches and surrounding communities.

Reach out to us to request a phone call to get the ball rolling.
The initial contact will be to establish the nature of the ministry (e.g. existing parish, new plant, rejuvenation, adding new ministries) people involved (e.g. pioneer planter, ordained minister, vestry, ministry team), and problems that need addressing or plans that are being proposed.
Second more in-depth call/site visit to explore the culture of the church/plant, the ability and scope for contextualisation, the particular skills needed to address the presenting problems or to execute the proposed plans.
Summary of research, including description of existing ministries, compatibility with existing context, appetite for and steps towards properly contextualising existing and new works, suggestions as to next steps
Final discussion with ministry leader/s and teams for ‘sense checking’ plans/proposals, asking follow-up questions
In order to cover costs a small booking fee is applied of €15. Should you wish to follow through with the whole process the cost varies between €150-€300 depending on location of ministry and scale of the issues involved.
