One patron has already provided a house rent free for one year (equivalent to nearly €40k). Another patron is offering €170k if it can be gift matched for capital purposes.

OUR CITY OF DUBLIN

Dublin is in desperate need. The vast majority of the younger population claim no saving faith in Christ. We know how Jesus feels about Dublin:

“When Jesus saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd”

OUR NEED

Gospel ministry in Dublin is increasingly expensive and our vision cannot be funded through local church giving alone, especially as we are committed to all areas of Dublin, with an existing commitment to reaching ethnic minorities.

Gospel patronage is therefore a vital component of launching, maintaining and supporting ministry.

A sufficient and sustainable flow of external funds and financial resources is required to enable the ICM network to continue planting and establishing evangelistic gospel churches in Dublin, for the salvation of many and to the glory of God.

There is much to praise God for as we look back, and much to pray for as we look forward.

Partner with us in the Gospel to Reach Dublin for Christ!

OUR PARTNERSHIP IN THE GOSPEL

The aim of the ICM Gospel Patrons’ Scheme is ‘Partnership in the Gospel’.

A Gospel Patron is a seed funder who provides significant financial investment, along with prayerful wisdom, advice and encouragement, in order to see an eternal work begin and grow to the glory of God, in the power of the Spirit, for the sake of Jesus.  We are particularly keen to talk with you or your syndicate if you are interested in exploring ‘business as mission’ models. More information can be found at www.gospelpatrons.org

WHY GOSPEL PATRONAGE?

Gospel Patronage in Irish Church Missions, God willing, should bring a mutual benefit to both Patron and pioneer.  The pioneer will benefit from the Patron’s prayerful wisdom, advice and encouragement, along with financial support.  In turn the Patron will benefit spiritually and relationally from being involved in the pioneer’s life and church ministry as they seek to break new ground.  God willing this will develop in a partnership that will mature and expand both the Patron’s and pioneer’s trust and joy in God.
